For the greater Tampa Bay area, year over year sales were up 6% and average prices year over year were up 13%. With more people from the Northeast and Midwest moving to the Tampa Bay area, inventory also hit an all time low.
I would be remiss if I didn't also mention that the Tampa Bay Lightning are Stanley Cup Champions again. 2020 has been a wild year, but as a rabid hockey fan, the year looks so much better with Stanley back in Tampa.
